President’s Report: There will be a work day on Pool Table to retrieve snowmobile poles and port-a-potties; George will email the actual date to club members. He asks Elizabeth and Nicki to assist Rex in designating the recipient of this quarter’s Helping Hand Award.

ATV Report: George reports the club’s members have completed 463 man hours clearing ATV trails. ATV rides now include an additional day each week for clearing trails on Thursday. Meet at the visitors’ center at 9:00.

The club will serve hot dogs for lunch each day. Sign up sheets were passed for members to bring cookies needed for both days.

Sales and Fund Raising Report: Elizabeth thanked everyone who has worked in making the quilt which is now being raffled as the club’s main fund raising effort. She requests volunteers to man booths which will be set up to sell tickets in July, such as the 4th of July and the Creede wood carving festival. She also requests each club member take 25 raffle tickets to sell.

Brownies will be needed for the Potato Bake on July 12 along with volunteers to help set up, serve and clean up after this fund raising event.

Old Business: The Blue Peaks fishing day will take place June 22. The Children’s Fishing Derby will be June 23. Members are invited to come and join in these especially fun events in which the club participates each year. Dennis reports that the new docks at Tucker Ponds will be completed in time for these fishing events.

New Business: The recent changes in the bylaws were discussed. There were differing opinions of changes in the term limits of the club’s vice president as well as the absence of any mention of club activities except ATV and snowmobile riding in the revised purpose. These issues were resolved and the new bylaws were accepted with a unanimous vote of members present.

The club will again ride ATV’s in the South Fork 4th of July parade. Meet at 12:30 at the community building.

FFOF Award: Recipients were Harry and Ellie Fluke.

Next month’s meeting will be another cookout, weather permitting. Otherwise it will be held at the masonic Park Pavilion.
